6. Donations & Transactions
All donations are voluntary, final, non-refundable, except for verified duplicate or failed transactions
HSJS complies with applicable laws including the Income Tax Act and FCRA (if applicable)
Official receipts are issued for valid donations
HSJS is not liable for payments made on non-official portals
ExoQrious Digital is not involved in payment processing, handling, or managing donations
7. Volunteer Participation Disclaimer
Volunteering is entirely at your own risk.
HSJS & ExoQrious Digital are not liable for:
Injuries
Accidents
Delays
Property damage
Losses
Unexpected field hazards
except in cases of proven gross negligence.
8. Medical & Emergency Disclaimer
HSJS is NOT:
